[Cut-Up Solo] Testing this new kind of oracle

I'd be curious about this, too.  Apparently there's a product called Tilt that explores how to best go about doing this sort of thing — they call it "mincing your words" — but I'm not sure what mechanism they use to do the actual cut-ups.  I figure there has to be a way to automate the process.
