Here's a game I did a while back but didn't post. The evasion ability was a bit overpowered compared to my other playthroughs, but then again this is the only playthrough in which I've actually achieved a goal without dying or being permenantly incapacitated (and even then by the skin of my teeth).

Impulsive teacher.

Evasion.

Singing.

Ammo bandolier.

Prototype weapon.

Korriban.

Evade assassins at the the shipyards.

Extravagance / Failure.

Droid tri-fighter.

Excitement.

Where exactly am I? Am I outdoors?

(50/50 | 5[d10]) No, but...

Tunnels.

Remind me how I got into this situation again? A relatively ordinary Alderaanian singing teacher, taking cover from a strafing droid fighter in the mouth of a tunnel on a hostile world. I glance at the prototype blaster in my hands, can I ready it any time soon?H

(50/50 | 6[d10]) Yes, but...

Looks like it will be ready to use in about a minute. I run for the other end of the passage, which is lit only by the setting sun from behind me. I then dart from the cover of the tunnel and a breathless grin spreads across my face as the shipyards come into view. Does the Tri-fighter shoot me before I can shoot it?

(50/50 | 4[d10]) No.

Experimental Blaster +12; Starship Hull -6

(8 = 2[d20]+6) Minor Damage: Largely superficial; degrades performance, but not disabling.

The shot hits, but is largely dissipated, does the droid get the next hit?

(Likely | 4[d10]) No.

(26 = 20[d20]+6) Destroyed.

The droid's strafe misses, but my shot hits the mark and the fighter explodes into fiery vapour. Now to steal a ship and get out of this place! Can I blast down the doors to the shipyards?

(50/50 | 3[d10]) No.

The shipyard gate's auto-turret opens fire. Doe it hit?

(50/50 | 6[d10]) Yes, but...

(22 = 14[d20]+8) Killed.

The turret fires a killing shot, but I'd always been talented at evasion, can I dodge it?

(50/50 | 5[d10]) No, but...

(10 = 2[d20]+8) Minor Injury: Largely superficial; painful and distracting, but not life threatening.

The shot still hits, but what would have been a fatal shot to the heart becomes a glancing shot to the shoulder. Do I make the next hit?

(Likely | 9[d10]) Yes. +Twist: Emotional event / Changes the goal

(29 = 19[d20]+10) Destroyed.

I blast the turret, but my heart stops in my throat as I see

Defiant field medic.

a Human Male standing atop the gate, wearing a CIS medical uniform. The world seems to go into slow motion as my triumphant grin fades from my face and my plan starts to fall to shreds around me. Orbital scans of the planet had shown no life forms in the shipyards, so we assumed they were operated by a skeleton crew of droids, not uncommon for a Separatist base. But now there are organics in the base, perhaps hidden by some energy shield. I can't outwit these aliens tactically and as a

(Male or Female?)

(50/50 | 9[d10]) Yes.

(D'oh. Male (Yes) or Female (No)?

(50/50 | 4[d10]) No.

one-woman army, I certainly can't out-gun them. They'll destroy all their starships before they let me steal one. Peering out from behind what little cover I can get, I see

4 = 4[d6]

four more Separatists enter the gatehouse.

Vulgar con artist.

Wise female scout.

Defensive child.

Introverted farmer.

To my surprise, a farmer and a little girl are among their number, as well as a Neimodian in formal dress and another human, this one a female. I see the Neimodian make a rather offensive gesture in my direction before commanding the humans to open fire. Do the humans get the first hit?

(50/50 | 9[d10]) Yes.

(14 = 8[d20]+6) Moderate Injury: Hampers action significantly; will require first aid/medical attention.

(19 = 13[d20]+6) Critical Injury: Requires immediate attention; clearly life-threatening if not immediately deadly.

I wake up indoors with the medic standing over me. Before I he can speak he is pushed aside by the Neimodian.
"Who are you? What are you doing on this planet?" the usual unimaginative questions follow. Instead of waiting for an appointment with the Neimodian's torture droid, I decide to let loose what little there is to tell. I tell him that I was an opportunist that was lost in hostile space, saw a chance to aid the Republic's war effort, and took it. It's the truth, but the green guy isn't buying it. I can hear droids preparing for a Republic attack around me, but the Republic doesn't know I'm here, let alone know to rescue me. Seeing the humans are nowhere nearby, I realise that the only people in the room are myself, the Neimodian and a single battle droid. I relax my muscles, hoping to pull a desperate bluff. As the alien paces past me, I try to grab his wrist...

(Somewhat Unlikely | 9[d10]) Yes.

The battle droid raises it's blaster, but the Neimodian waves it off with his free hand. With my upper arms strapped to my bed, I don't have the physical leverage to hold him for long.
"Tell me, commander, how familiar are you with Human biology?"
The alien pulls his wrist, trying to wrench it free...

(Likely | 10[d10]) Yes, and...

The Neimodian frees his hand and uses it to slap me across the face. It's now or never.
"Oh dear, commander, It appears you have made things worse" my captor looks at me in puzzlement. "In times of dire stress, the Human female involuntarily secretes an airborne toxin, lethal to all non-humans within the room. It appears that if you don't release me and power down that droid now, I may do something you'd regret." Does he fall for the deception?

(Unlikely | 1[d10]) No, and...

The alien laughs in my face. Apparently you need at least basic knowledge of alien biology to be put in charge of a military shipyard.

I try again to tell him that I've already told him all I know, but the Neimodian just laughs harder. I try a new tack.
"Look. I'm more valuable to you as a hostage than an informant. The Open Circle fleet is going to be here in a matter of hours and there's nothing you can do to prevent that. They always jump from a secret staging point anyway, so I can't tell you where to intercept them. On the other hand, a hostage could keep the Star Destroyers at bay while you call for reinforcements, at worst you'd face a small team come to my rescue in the meantime, they're not going to risk my life just to destroy one small base." Does the Neimodian agree?

(Likely | 10[d10]) Yes, and...

The commander gestures for the droid to untie me before slapping on the cuffs. I am escorted outside, across a thin walkway over the shipyards, where more droid Tri-fighters are being prepared for battle by little PX droids and OX9s. I have one last chance before they film a hostage video and lock me up in a cell. What fighters other than Tri-fighters are below me?

Guided missile.

Looks like it's just Tri-Fighters and discord missiles. Not the softest landing in the world. Before the battle droid can push my head back to face front, I pivot on the rail and freefall to the floor below...

(20 = 16[d20]+4) Critical Injury: Requires immediate attention; clearly life-threatening if not immediately deadly.

I'm headed straight for a back-breaking landing on top of a Tri-Fighter, can I roll to one side?

(50/50 | 6[d10]) Yes, but...

I manage to guide my descent, but still take a moderate injury from the impact. I continue the roll to slide off the starfighter, hiding from the battle droid's laser behind it. Can I dodge the battle droid's next shot when I make a move?

(Somewhat Likely | 4[d10]) No, but...

The droid's shot goes through one of the PK droid mechanics on top of the starfighters, effectively granting me some light armour.

(14 = 8[d20]+6) Moderate Injury: Hampers action significantly; will require first aid/medical attention.

The shot still goes through my shoulder, I don't have the energy to do much more. Can I still raise my arms?

(50/50 | 9[d10]) Yes.

Standing behind a single-minded OX9 welder, I fight through the pain to lift my handcuffs above my head and bring them down in front of the oblivious droid, does this attempt succeed?

(Very Likely | 8[d10]) Yes.

The welder cuts straight through the handcuffs and I dive behind his starfighter. How many more gaps in the cover before I reach the other side of the shipyard?

2 = 3[d6]-1

I've just got to get past one more fighter, then I'm out of the line of fire. I can do this. Does the droid hit me as I run behind the next fighter?

(50/50 | 4[d10]) No.

Phew. The end is in sight. Does the droid hit me as I run for the exit?

(50/50 | 3[d10]) No. +Twist: Item / Ends the scene

As I dash for cover I see something glint in the moonlight. Snatching it up as I run, I heave a sigh of exhilaration as the droid disappears behind the corner of the corridor. I'm not out of the woods yet though. What did I pick up?

Above average personal walker.

Suddenly, I come to a dead end, a door stands in my way. Looking at the metallic object in my hand I realise it's a keycard. Hastily, I swipe it through the lock and the door opens up like a garage to reveal a shiny new personal walker. Time to resume my thrilling escape. Climbing into the walker, I start it up with the keycard and use it to punch through the wall, is another hangar bay on the other side?

(Somewhat Unlikely | 2[d10]) No.

What is?

Hangar.

No, my mistake, it was a hangar. Please say there's a ship I can drive. How many types are there?

5 = 5[d6]

Vulture-class droid starfighter.

Stock light freighter.

Minefield.

Droid tri-fighter.

Hostile space station.

(Minefeild and Hostile space station don't really fit, so I'll reroll)

Pirate frigate.

Pirate corvette.

I look on in amazement at the fleet that stands before me. A wing of vulture droids hang from the ceiling, with a YT-1200 sitting beneath them. Outside, I see a CR70 corvette on an expansive landing pad and a Banking Clan frigate flying overhead. This isn't going to be easy. Can I hijack the YT-1200 before more droids arrive?

(Somewhat Unlikely | 3[d10]) No.

I prepare to blast the doors open with the walker's cannon but I hear footsteps from the doorway and swing round to face the security droids...

Lunatic.

To my surprise, the farmer from the gatehouse bursts through the door, raving like a madman, no time to wonder why he's here, is he armed?

(50/50 | 8[d10]) Yes. +Twist: Organization / Helps the hero

The man seems to have enough mental coherence to raise his arms when he sees the walker. Before either of us can say anything, the little girl steps from behind him and shouts:
"Don't fire!, We're escaping too!"
I lower the walker's gun as the girl grabs something from the farmer's pocket and gestures. The ramp behind me lowers, it must be the farmer's ship! Does the walker fit through the ramp?

(Unlikely | 7[d10]) Yes.

Surprisingly, the walker does just fit through the doorway at the top of the ramp. It's lucky, as we wouldn't have had time to load it through the cargo doors. My two unexpected allies follow.
"Who knows how to fly this thing?" I ask, as we run to the cockpit.
"I can", says the girl.
I hesitate, this girl, who I presume is the farmer's daughter, looks about ten years old. On the other hand, the farmer's clearly in no condition to fly a freighter and if a nine year old can blow up a Trade Federation Control Ship over Naboo, then this girl can surely fly us off the planet, right? I sit the farmer down in a passenger seat before rushing to the gun turret. As I reach the cannon at the centre of the ship, the ground lurches beneath me as the ship takes off. Now to see if the girl can avoid the Munificent-class cruiser over our heads...

(Somewhat Unlikely | 5[d10]) No.

What fighters does the cruiser send after us?

Trade federation cruiser.

(not a fighter, reroll)

Mercenary frigate.

(again)

Guided missile.

The cruiser sends a guided missile after us, can I shoot it down?

(Unlikely | 7[d10]) Yes.

The missile explodes in a brilliant flash of flame-lit gas. How many more missiles are in tow?

0 = 1[d6]-1

Looks like it was just the one. Does the frigate send anything else at us?

(50/50 | 2[d10]) No.

The frigate makes one last shot with it's turbolasers before we leave the atmosphere... Does it hit?

(Somewhat Unlikely | 7[d10]) Yes, but...

(20 = 10[d20]+10) Critical Damage: Requires immediate attention; clearly disabling if not immediately desctructive.

The shot hits us just as we make the jump to lightspeed. We're leaving a trail of burning gas through Hyperspace, but we've escaped.
