I do find Rory's Story Cubes very charming.
I coded a slightly crappy (well, cause part of the story cubes charm is the imagery) version of them for use on IRC, simply converted each die into a list of descriptions of each side of the die. It picks one face from each die. This does keep the (well, I think it's a feature) feature of blocking 5 sides of a die.

Someone was having difficulty making a story out of the images that Mark's Awesome Story Adventure Glyphs of Power Cubes provided. Here is what he said he got:
Quote:Image 1: Uh...a radish? A head of lettuce?
Image 2: Two arrows circling.
Image 3: A thorny vine?
Image 4: Uh...George Costanza's Gore Tex coat? Armor?
Image 5: An axe
Image 6: ET?...Someone in a hoodie? Mark Zuckerberg?
Image 7: Uh..another head of lettuce? A flower bulb?
Image 8: A chalice
Image 9: A stone axe
So here's my interpretation:
Quote:The famine has been hard. For too long my people have had to live on very little. But the radish and lettuce has sustained us. The enemy who surrounds us occasionally volley arrows into our camp but have so far not harmed anyone physically, but I fear it affecting moral.
Garglog's grip on this area is tightening like a thorny vine and if it wasn't for the skill of my people to craft such fine armor and axes we would already be dead.
My spy returned with good news. As he removed his hood he handed me a scroll marked with the flower emblem of my friend from the East. I read the short but encouraging message on the scroll.
"Fear not, my friend. My army is en route. By nightfall we shall lift up the chalice of victory. Garglog's axes are but stone and ours are of iron."
I smile and say to my captain, "Prepare the men. The tables are about to turn."
The axe feels powerful in my hands.
It will be a good day.
I don't see a MAG button anywhere, and the mobile link no longer works. Did something happen to these?
The MAG button is located in the box named Generic to the left of the Custom box. It is under the Get UNE button.
Is there an empty space there?
The mobile link is here:

What do you mean the mobile link is not working?
I realized my problem. My phone could only show so far, and everything right of 'Genre' got cut off.

That link doesn't work, but
http://www.rpgsolo.com/mag.php does. It might just not be redirecting properly.
I had not heard of the 'm.php' one, that's really helpful! But it doesn't seem to have the glyphs? I guess I can open 'mag.php' in another tab easily enough.
Every now and then, a glyph doesn't appear for me. It seems to be a random selection of which ones don't appear. This is Google Chrome.
I don't see any problem on my end. Be sure to disable any ad blocking or browser add-ins that might affect the content.
I'm getting the following:
"curled-leaf.png Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 520 ()"
This is happening cross-browser... and even on my computer at home, all with ad-block disabled.
I also think that similar's happening when I attempt to post. The BBS codes fill up the page, and this is what I receive when I inspect:
"/forum/jscripts/sceditor/editor_themes/mybb.css Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 ()"
Not sure why that may be.
The curled-leaf.png is showing fine for me and new posts are also showing correctly.
Sorry, not sure what to tell you.
