Is there a button for getting twists?

Is there a button for getting twists?
Like, when you get a resutt with "...but..." or "...and...", roll 2d6 and obtain two values from Tiny Solitaire Soldiers' twist tables.
I've seen people here doing that, but I can't find a button for this function.
Or was it done manually?

Click on the gear in the upper left hand corner. This is the settings icon.

There you can enable Random Events from either Mythic or Tiny Solitaire Soldiers' twist tables.
