When I used random random Martial Arts moves, I used an excel sheet to randomize them: What about - not unlike those personal word lists - a 'inspirational pad' like sheet into which you could copy and paste your own lists and have the site give you one or more random items from that list?
Also: I remember I saw 'random encounter' lists for cities and stuff on 'Roleplaying Weekly' that weren't just wandering monsters tables. I found similar lists in pdf form online for swamps and probably mountains and stuff. I only downloaded a sample but quite liked it. Don't remember who wrote them though.
Maybe something like that would work for this site too?
